There's plenty of space for young and old.

The tranquil oasis, the many seating areas around the house, and the garden with a goldfish pond allow you to unwind and enjoy the sun.

When thirst and hunger arise, or the desire for culinary and epicurean delights stirs your soul, numerous inns, restaurants, wine bars, and the now-famous "Törggelen" (traditional festival of traditional Austrian cuisine) are not far from our house and can even be reached on foot. The Köfererhof Restaurant, for example, which serves hearty, home-style cooking, is just a 2-minute walk from our house.

A barbecue is also available upon request at Haus Karin for those warm summer nights. Our guests often meet for a glass or two of South Tyrolean wine and end the evening together.
